You don’t see the world as it is, you see it as you are.

There is a space where you meet everything else - where you smell, hear, see, taste, feel, or intuit the world around you. Think of this space as Your Window - the lens between your inner and outer world.
Over time, life leaves its traces on this pane: smudges from old hurts, scratches from limiting beliefs, and dust from stories you’ve absorbed but never questioned.
These marks, though subtle, cloud your vision, distorting how you perceive yourself, others, and the world.
But when you take the time to clear the glass - to release what no longer belongs - you restore the brilliance of your view. The landscape beyond doesn’t change, but how you see it does.
And in that clarity, you find yourself anew, meeting the world as it truly is.

Welcome to Your Window
Hey, I’m Joshua.
I’m an Integrative Mentor and Facilitator who helps people meet the parts of themselves they’ve spent years exiling. If you’re reading this, you probably know those parts too. The ones you shut down to stay likable, useful, or safe in a world that never really asks who you are - only who you can be for others.
What I’m here to do is simple - but not always easy: It’s to create the kind of space where the truth finally feels safe enough to surface. Where the version of you that’s been shape-shifting for safety, approval, or love, finally gets to breathe.
I know that mask well. I grew up feeling like I was always too much or not enough. I spent years around unstable adults, performed my way through high school, numbed myself with drugs, alcohol, and tech, and learned to hide my depth to seek belonging. Eventually, the performance stopped working, and something within me cracked. I stopped running. Not to find a better mask, but to meet what was real underneath. That’s where my work begins. In the spaces we’re often programmed to run from.
Over the past decade, I’ve guided over 10,000 people through transformational spaces - from mining towns to boardrooms, from teenage rites of passage to leadership retreats. I’ve trained facilitators, built therapeutic models, and helped people remember what they’re capable of when they stop performing and start slowing down enough to listen.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to what’s already within you - and learning how to live from that place with clarity, power, and trust.

"Josh’s comfort and experience in traversing the human soul and psyche create a space where you feel truly held and understood. I felt safe to bare my soul, to cry, and to be vulnerable, knowing not only that he was never judging me, but that he had also navigated many of the same internal landscapes.”
-Luke
“This work has cultivated some of the most unexpectedly profound inner transformations I’ve ever experienced. Each session allowed me the safety to meet myself in new ways, and Josh’s unwavering support helped motivate me to show up for myself, even through challenging moments."
- Samantha
"Josh’s presence gave me permission to express my most vulnerable, outgoing, and true self. A breakthrough moment came from his explanation of parts work, which has since rippled out into my life, creating deeper patience and compassion in my interactions with others. I’m deeply grateful for this transformative experience."
-Taylor
“After my first session with Josh I felt completely different. The ease with which he was able to help me fully drop in with myself (and all my parts) was incredible.”
-Jo

What Is ‘Your Window’?
Better to watch this with head phones, or in a quiet place - or both (even better).
Offerings
1 on 1 Mentorship
This personalised mentorship is for the one who's been shape-shifting their whole life, seeking to extract their worthiness from outside of themselves.
But the mask is cracking. The performance isn’t working.
This is where the part of you that’s been performing steps aside, and the real one steps forward. A path of integration and creativity that helps you reclaim what’s yours and live from it.
Men of Hearts
An 10 week transformative journey that challenges men to meet their shadow, embody emotional sovereignty, and cultivate an integrated masculine. Rooted in the ancient tradition of rites of passage, this experience guides participants through deep integration, maturation, and emotional autonomy. Supported by a brotherhood of motivated men, it becomes a transformational space for reflection, encouragement, and authentic allyship.
Submerge
I owe my life to the feminine. With this deep reverence, I offer an 8-week container designed to support women as they Submerge into the depths of their emotional waters and engage with the parts hidden beneath the surface. This transformative journey provides a sacred space to uncover suppressed emotions, cultivate emotional sovereignty, and reconnect with authentic power, while also cultivating a sense of safety with the masculine.

“This isn’t about becoming more of who you think you are, its about getting more honest with what is already becoming through you.”

A Little Bit More About Joshua
As a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in coaching and mentorship, Joshua has worked with over 10,000 individuals across a broad spectrum of settings - from corporate teams and rural mining communities to teenage boys, creatives, and emerging leaders.
During his years as a senior facilitator and mentor trainer at The Man Cave - a leading preventive mental health and emotional intelligence organisation - Joshua personally guided over 5,000 young men through programs focused on emotional intelligence training. He also delivered advanced facilitator training, supporting dozens of role models to lead with clarity, compassion, and impact.
His work has since expanded into designing and delivering character and leadership development programs for organisations such as Movember, Monash University, The Australian Olympic Committee, and The Rites of Passage Institute. Joshua’s unique style of facilitation is grounded, presence-led, and emotionally precise - helping individuals drop beneath surface-level performance to reconnect with what’s real.
Over the past two years, Joshua has been working with a team that is developing Unconditional Self Therapy (UST), model with psychologist Nigel Denning. UST integrates psychotherapy, somatics, internal parts work, and cross-cultural healing principles to support personal integration, self-trust, and transformation.
Those who work with Joshua often describe him as someone who brings steadiness and safety to the room - helping them slow down, meet themselves honestly, and reconnect with their own inner authority.
